Shipping Info: - All shipments are make in all saturdays
If you put an order on , for example: January 3 (tuesday) your shipping will be set up on January 7 (Saturday)

- The shipping lasts allmost 30 to 40 days to arrive (it depends on the zone).

USA & Canada : 2 - 3 weeks
Latin America: 3 -4 weeks
Europe: 3 -4 weeks
Africa: 3 - 4 weeks
Asia: 4 - 5 weeks

Substrata can accept returns if the following conditions appear in your record:

- Damaged product (broken or folded package, scratched disc, broken or cut booklet or insert, broken disc)

- Bad audio quality: cuts in the record, silence, scratches or anything that affects directly the audio quality of the record, product of a bad manufacture.

- Dirty packaging.
